hello then. my name is stephen, or 'sel' to some - old nickname thing.

i made this site as a place to keep all my stuff; music and written rambling type stuff.

as well as stuff there are also some things.

i have no great expectations about anything, good luck to those who do of course.

i've been playing music in one form or another for more than 30 years and writing for the last 20 or so, yeah i know, you wouldn't think so, though i'm happy with a lot of the stuff.
